Size of Yachts. Our Yachts range from 55′ to 80′ in length.
Guests. Grand Yacht Club only books one reservation for you and your guests / family at a time. Our trips are designed to accommodate 6 guests at capacity, but we do have yachts that may accommodate up to 12 guests. This special request is easily accommodated by advance request under normal circumstances – please call for pricing and information. Fewer than 6 guests is not a problem, however our pricing estimates are based on each of the yachts being utilized at capacity.
Food and Beverages. For your convenience, during your Captain’s orientation upon arrival you will have time to make any special food and beverage requests. Lunches, snacks, beverages or any special requests may be requested upon arrival and your Captain will be happy to accommodate. Dinners may be arranged on-board, however all of our destinations have a variety of dining options available either within a short walk or a Dingy ride if we are anchored. This gives your crew a chance to freshen your yacht and set out hors d’oeuvres or desserts depending on your special requests (we usually have some pleasant surprises for you and your guests). Any special requests are available at costs….simply reimburse your Captain per receipt.
Sports and Recreational Gear. All of your water sports gear – from rods and reels for fishing, to a support boat with with skis and wave tube, to snorkel gear, kayaks and jet skis – are all provided for your enjoyment at no additional cost.

Before boarding, you are always welcome to enjoy the resort facilities, the pool and spa, and the beach is only steps away. Shower facilities and towels are available for your convenience.
Transportation. The GYC fleet is about a $25 cab ride from the Fort Lauderdale airport. From Miami or Palm Beach, there is a commuter train that is very efficient and inexpensive (TriRail) that will deliver you to the Broward Station, and from there it is about a $15 cab ride.
Parking. The Diplomat location has covered parking available but there is a fee.
Children. Like the amusement rides at Disney, for the safety of children they must be 50 inches tall or taller to come aboard.

If the prevailing weather conditions warrant the cancellation of your scheduled itinerary, all monies on deposit are refundable, and we will be happy to assist you with last minute alternative arrangements.
Smoking. Smoking is allowed outside the yachts only.
